We hope
to capture the spirit of the UP Elementary Class of 1977 thru our pictures,
stories, thoughts and insights as well as the journeys we all have taken
together and separately. We honor our mentors and celebrate the special
friendships whose roots go all the way back to the beginning of UPIS Class
1981. As our 25th High School Reunion draws closer in 2006,
we hope our remembrance bring to light our legacy and renew our commitment
to give back to our alma mater and to one another.

The UPIS class of 1981 is organizing a fund drive
to benefit the UPIS
Elementary
School. Spearheading this project is
Carlos Cuyugan. The funds collected will be presented
at the 2006 Silver Jubilee Class Reunion. The modest
goal of the drive at this time is to collect U.S $5000 over the next two
years. We need your ideas, participation and more importantly, your
generosity. Get Involved!

and poems, photos at kung anu-anu at iba pa around the themes of “Pagbabalik
Tanaw” and “Pagbibigay Pugay” (Giving Honor). We’ll even post your “Dear Ethel
(Liwag)” - letters for soul-searching questions
and advice. Jokes? Well… maybe. We’d
like to hear your comments as well.
