Dear Class '81,

        Warm  greetings  to  the  members  of UPIS
Class 81!

          I  am  very  happy  to celebrate with you the
20th anniversary of your graduation from the UPIS.
After  two  decades,  I  am  sure many of you have
already  distinguished  yourselves  in  your   chosen
fields  of   endeavor. I  hope that in your search for
your  goals  you  have  not forgotten the values that
your  alma  mater  tried  to  inculcate in your young
minds  twenty years ago -- the values of excellence,
integrity,  social justice, love of country and service
to the  less fortunate,  which  are  the   hallmarks of
your alma mater.

     We,  your  former  mentors  are very  proud  of
you.  We  hope  that  we were able to bring out the
best  from  you  when we touched your young lives
two decades ago.
